Mrs. Tiffany Cullen
Interests: When I’m not playing with littles, you can usually find me running through nature or escaping to the quiet of the country. I love exploring new restaurants with my husband, Tim, and our three amazing girls—especially if there’s coffee involved (the stronger, the better)! I find joy and purpose in growing with my church community and chasing after Jesus.
Philosophy of Teaching: “Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” — C.S. Lewis (attributed) As a two-year-old teacher, I feel so lucky to spend my days with some of the tiniest (and most wonderful) people. I love that I get to share the love of Jesus in every part of our day—whether we’re singing, playing, reading, or even cleaning up toys. I believe play is powerful, and I work hard to create a space that feels warm, safe, and full of joy. These early years matter so much, and I’m passionate about helping little ones grow and partnering with their families every step of the way.
Classroom Goals: My goal is to help each little one feel loved, safe, and seen every single day. I want our classroom to be a place where toddlers can wiggle, wonder, and grow—at their own pace and in their own way. I aim to build strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family, creating a team that cheers them on in every milestone, big or small. Whether we’re learning new words, navigating big feelings, or dancing to worship songs, my hope is that each child leaves knowing they are special, capable, and deeply loved by God.
