Mr. Bob Dubberke
Experience: I am beginning my 35th year in the teaching ministry. I am a graduate of Concordia Teachers College, now Concordia University, in Seward, NE. I have taught in schools in McAllen, TX, Mercedes, TX, Springfield, IL, Crystal Lake, IL, Ellisville, MO and now entering my 3rd year at Immanuel. I have enjoyed coaching a variety of sports for both the boys and girls teams.
Degree(s): BS in Education – K-12 P.E. Health Certification and a Director of Christian Education Certificate
Philosophy of Teaching: God gave us bodies that are made to move. We as Christians need to be good stewards of what God has given to us by taking care of our bodies, physical, mental and spiritual. Physical Education and Athletics give us a chance to develop all three aspects as we build our bodies, build relationships, and use the gifts God has given to us.
Classroom Goals: My goal is for all students to be active and learn something new every day. I strive to help students find a place where they a can develop and grow, enjoy and feel comfortable participating a variety of activities.
