I enjoy the handbells. It is great to share in their excitement when the group comes together and they are able to play a song well. I also enjoy doing different projects around the home and yard.

Philosophy of Teaching:
I believe that a student is a unique creation of God and because of that uniqueness, they all learn in different ways. Each student needs to tap into the skills and abilities that God has blessed them with, and that it is my duty as the teacher to help them develop those abilities. Each student is also a member of God's family. As a member of this family each student needs to learn to work together with others to develop a learning community of believers.

Classroom Goals:
I want every child to feel that they are loved and valued as a member of the class. By working together we can create an environment in which they are respected and feel safe. It is important that all students work together to help support their fellow classmates.
