- We have NO current debt after significant upgrades to our primary school building, which positions us well for our next big step of faith.
Generous donors have already purchased adjacent properties on Seventh and First Capitol and have funded the needed demolition and site prep on that location.
- We are planning to begin demolition of the three homes and old warehouse on Seventh and First Capitol, providing a cleared space for the new building
- For 2026-27, we are planning for 600+ students (about 200 in Early Childhood and 400 in K-8th), and over two-thirds of classes already have waitlists.
Planting Seeds of Faith Ministry Expansion Goals
Early Childhood Center and Multi-Purpose Building
We want to bring our youngest learners together in one safe, modern, purpose-built facility that strengthens relationships, enhances collaboration, and provides a nurturing environment where children can grow in faith and learning. By uniting our Early Childhood program under one roof — instead of four — we can better serve families, improve daily operations, and create a more secure and supportive experience for every child.
This building will feature:
- 12 purpose-built classrooms designed for early childhood education.
- A centralized, secure entrance with consistent safety protocols.
- Dedicated spaces for specialists, including speech and occupational therapy.
- Indoor multi-purpose room for play, activities, and after-school care.
- A storm-resistant structure for enhanced safety during severe weather.
- A functional kitchen and age-appropriate lunch service areas.
- Office and collaboration space for staff and family engagement.
- Storage and support spaces to meet program needs.
Campus Improvements and New Opportunities
We seek to create a unified and secure campus that better serves our students, families, and ministries. This includes establishing a single, connected footprint that enhances safety, improves traffic flow, and allows for more intentional use of our facilities. A key part of this vision is the planned closure of Seventh Street, eliminating the need for students to cross the street to get to other buildings and creating a safer, more cohesive environment. In addition, relocating the Early Childhood program will free up four classrooms and an office within the primary school building, allowing for continued growth and more effective use of space for our K-8 students. The expansion also will free up two off-campus buildings — currently housing our program for 2-year-olds — for other church ministries.
Shared Green Space
We seek to create a welcoming outdoor space that supports learning, play, and community life. This shared green space will provide much-needed room for students to explore and grow while offering a gathering place for church events, fellowship, and outreach.
