Philosophy of Teaching:
I feel that an effective educational leader should have a desire and drive for educational excellence and see that students have the best Christian education that can be provided. This is accomplished through God's word, having integrity and values, motivating and encouraging others, having a vision and purpose, having the ability to inspire others, developing appropriate instructional programs and assessments, maintaining a school climate conducive for student learning, providing opportunities for staff professional growth, and working with parents and the community. Educational leaders should strive to make a difference. This requires the ability to develop with others a purpose and to work at achieving common goals. An effective educational leader should lead out of a servant's heart and use Jesus, the master teacher, as the ultimate example.

Classroom Goals:
My goals include continued growth, and helping others to grow so that through the power of the Holy Spirit, they may also help others in this world to know Christ. This includes the study of God's word, active worship, and sharing my passion of ministry with others. I strive to encourage others and lead by example. My goal is to continue my academic studies in order to encourage, support, and help others to reach academic excellence.
