Philosophy of Teaching:
Physical Education is the study, practice, and appreciation of the art and science of human movement. Our bodies and abilities have been given to us by God. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we should use them to the Glory of God and be developing them and caring for them.

Classroom Goals:
Through drills and games, Physical Education can provide the students with knowledge and the attitude to achieve healthful living throughout their lives. Physical Education also provides situations to grow socially and spiritually as the students work together in groups and on teams. Through creative and expressive activities, the student can increase his/her awareness of himself/herself and appreciate the body as a gift from God. It is hoped that through the Physical Education experience, each student will have a desire to participate in some form of physical activity for the rest of his/her life.
