FAQ from volunteers: Do you need help in youth ministry?

Yes, we need help! If you are interested in serving in one of the most exciting ministries in our church, you'd be part of a great team of men and women volunteers who range in age and talent.
 
We currently have about 200+ youth that call Immanuel Lutheran Church home and we need more adult leaders! The more caring adults we can find to walk alongside our youth, the stronger the ministry will be.
 
There's no stereotype of a good youth worker that you must fit:
You don't need to be perfect
You don't need to be a Bible teacher
You don't need to be cool
You don't need to be young
You don't need to listen to rap music (you don't even have to like it!)
 
Here's what you do need:
A pulse
A caring heart
A likeable personality
A love for God
An interest in teenagers
