LCMS NATIONAL YOUTH GATHERINGS
The National Gathering is one of the major projects of the Youth Ministry Office of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. The Gathering carries forth the vision of Youth Ministry by providing opportunities for young people and adults to boldly come together in the name of Jesus Christ to proclaim, celebrate, and witness their salvation through Him, rejoice in the fellowship of their church and be affirmed and nurtured in their lives as God’s people through Word and Sacrament. Youth Gatherings provide an arena to raise the visibility of youth ministry within The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.

SERVANT EVENTS (SUMMER 2008)
It is the privilege of every person involved in Immanuel’s Youth Ministry, young and old, boy and girl- it is the privilege of every one of us- to be fully engaged in the difference Jesus is making in our world through the hands and feet of his servants. “This service you perform is not only supplying the needs of God’s people, but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” 2 Corinthians 9:12
