Please prayerfully consider the following areas of service/fellowship/worship where you can share your spiritual gifts based on your interests.

Volunteer Opportunities
Adopt a Grandparent Program (Experience with this program or interest in teaming up)
Audio/Video Coordinator (Maintain and train people on equipment and keep a staff and schedule of people to work Sunday services)

Archives (Preservation and display of historical materials)
Assemble mailings (label and work with bulletin or newsletter)

Braille workers (Assemble Braille materials at headquarters)
Bus Ministry (Sunday morning bus service to and from church to Parkside Meadows)

Charlevoix Helpers (Assist residents to chapel service once a week)
Church Library Helper (Organizes Christian materials for check out)
Church Nursery Helper (Volunteer to staff the nursery for a time-slot on Sunday mornings)

Cooking Meals for people in need
Craftsmanship (i.e., carpentry, painting, dry walling, electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating/cooling)

Have Experience With:
 
Any church member serving on a board must be a voting member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Church members 18 years and older can become a voting member by attending a voters meeting typically held the fourth Monday of February, May, September, and November. Voting members join the voter's assembly one meeting and have voting privileges the following meetings. Any member serving on a board must attend at least one voter's meeting a year to keep their board position current.
 
Parish Planning Council consists of the pastoral staff, the officers and the chairman of each board (They meet the 4th Monday of each month)

Lydia Society (Adult woman who support the LWML, coordinates the Altar Guild and serves dinners to raise funds for Immanuel)
Mother's Club Alumni (Assist in school projects and supports LWML)
